Shipping Policy

Shipping Options
We offer basic shipping which means your order should arrive within 5 business days while located within the USA.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on weekdays are processed and dispatched within the same or next business day. All orders during the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Addresses
We are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please make sure that you have provided the correct delivery address.
International Orders
We do not support international orders. All orders must be within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched to our carrier we will send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You will then be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact support if you have any return or refund issues.
Refunds
If a refund is considered it will be processed the day of acceptance of your return. Please wait 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for our products.
